My Story

Art and Dance Therapist with a degree from Université Paris Descartes. I also have a degree in Childhood/Adolescent Psychopathology and Developmental Psychology (Cultural Activists and Symbolic Contexts) from Toulouse Le Mirail University.

Established as a freelance therapist in 2017, I offer Psycho/Therapy sessions to all people who require mental care.

My experience in the field, whether as an observer or a practitioner, has enabled me to move forward with my reflection in terms of dance and art as psychotherapeutic tools that allow someone to unlock what makes them mentally unstable. Initially, the links between my observation in the field and my time as a theory student weren't always easy to view these types of therapies as efficient in treating mental health. It came at its own pace. It took me some time to develop my thinking as a future Art and Dance therapist. Ultimately, taking on a therapist's mission is a profound process. As a result, it requires reflection, questioning, positioning, and, at the very least, being honest with oneself so as not to mislead the person and see oneself.

Several professional internships and work experiences have dictated my path. The psychology internship I was part of at the MECS and CMP in France enabled me to help young people anticipate their plans for life after Youth home. I also conducted psychotherapeutic sessions with some teenagers who had suffered past trauma violence.

The art therapy experience at a psychiatric hospital in Toulouse, France, helped me see how impactful art therapy or mediation artistic psychotherapy can be for people suffering from extreme mental disorders.

Lastly, the dance therapy experience I was part of at an association for the elderly, young adults, and middle-aged adults with disabilities in Bois de la Colombe, France, broadened my belief regarding this type of psychotherapy.

For a long time, I worked with children in various sectors, such as the town hall, associations, and schools, where I repeatedly addressed the imaginary through any form of art as a means of self-expression and self-discovery.
